Wildlife & Nature Photographer — Just Getting Started
Faith Bridges
Every journey starts somewhere. Mine started with a camera I hadn't used in years and a trail I'd never walked before. I'm at the beginning of this path — learning, exploring, and finding my eye one frame at a time.

Camera body I love
I picked up my first camera not long ago and immediately fell in love with being outside and trying to capture what I saw. Nature photography has a way of slowing you down — you notice things you'd normally walk right past.
I'm still learning every time I go out. Some shots work, a lot don't, and that's okay. What keeps me going is the feeling of being out there, watching, waiting, and occasionally getting something I'm really proud of.
My Gear
I'm shooting with a Sony Alpha 7 IV and still learning everything it can do. Having a full-frame mirrorless has pushed my photography in ways I didn't expect.
- Sony Alpha 7 IV Full-frame Mirrorless
- Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II
- Sony FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS
- Sony 90mm F2.8 Macro
- Lightweight travel tripod
